Planning and Goal setting

We all need goals in our lives, even if many of us think we don't and even don't like to admit that we do.

Goals are very important as it gives you a purpose to acheive what you have set out to acheive, ie run a marathon in a specific time or to lose half a stone before your summer holiday.

Goals keep us going and make us train through the cold and wet winter. Its very important to make those goals realistic and acheiveble, you need to plan AHEAD how you are going to acheive this and write it down.

I always have a long term goal(3-6 months) and short term goal 1 month this keeps me eating and training hard.
