"I have been training with Matt for 4 years and I can honestly say that with regular training and exercise it has made me far more motivated than I ever was. In particular his training has strengthened my knees and legs and also improved my flexibility and core strength, which has helped me overcome the many back problems I used to have. Each gym session is varied, which keeps them interesting, but always aiming to achieve the same goals. Whatever your age, you will get the same amount of attention, enthusiasm and encouragement from Matt with every session. I feel he must have added years to my life expectancy!

At no time do you ever feel like just another number in the group because Matt makes time to chat with everyone, and he’s great at motivating you as an individual. I attended all the weekly recommended classes, plus any extras I could get to. The Monday night session just kick starts the beginning of your week; it’s such a fun course, and I met some great (and zany) people (Amber), and I can’t wait to start again in January. I’ve still got some way to go before I reach my target weight and there are no short cuts.
