COURSE WEIGHT LOSS
6 week supported, personal weight loss programme that delivers results. Do not follow a generic weight loss programme that is not practical or personal. My method works because it's all about your goals and lifestyle.
SPORTS SPECIFIC AND FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Personal training solutions that start from £40 per hour. Health and Fitness should be fun, functional and progressive. Because our programmes are specific to you, each session is focused on your goals. I take a whole body approach that gets you fitter, faster and stronger.
HOVE HORNETS RUNNING CLUB
A very social and family friendly running club. Aimed at all abilities, from beginners to marathoners. We run 3 times a week with an optional extra session. We race in the W.Sussex fun run league as a team. You will have fun and you will meet a great group runners.
Boot camps are great ways to change up your fitness programmes. Run over a Saturday or Sunday morning, our group training sessions are social, challenging and fun. On the beach, in a forest or on the South Downs you will sweat but you will smile.
MATT'S WEEKLY KETTLE BELL CLASSES
SAT 11AM-12 NOON

Kettlebells are extremely effective training tool for providing total-body strength and conditioning. They uses every major muscle group in the body. Kettles bell circuits are a great way to get lean, fit and strong. Based at Corals Health and Fitness Club and £6 per class
COURSE - MINI HOVE HORNETS

If your keen to get your child into running and general exercise bring them along to Mini Hornets on a Tues. Parents are welcome to join in and get a workout too. Sessions include running drills, games and relays. Great after school running course for 4-13 year old boys and girls. We make running fun for kids and help get them fit and fast.

@ HOVE PARK
This class is a fun fitness class with a bootcamp style approach. If your mind-numbing gym routine is causing your sanity to slowly slip away, or you can't afford to hire a personal trainer, it's time to have a crack at a fun and energetic circuit training class.

WED 7PM - 8PM - Sub 25min 5K

Ideal for those that want to improve their running endurance and/or speed. Our sessions are personalised and social. Running properly is ideal for weight control and endurance training.
